Grit
Small businesses don't get easy answers. Neither do we. We do the unglamorous work, and we do it well.
We protect you from cybercrime, audits, and regulations. All your cybersecurity, one team, zero nonsense.

For years, cybersecurity was built for enterprise businesses with enterprise budgets, enterprise teams, and enterprise patience. The smaller businesses that make up nearly all of the business world were left with a lousy choice: overcomplicate it, overpay for it, or do nothing and hope for the best.
That never made sense to us.
So we built OrbitalFire for smaller businesses.
We started as a crazy idea on a coffee shop napkin. Today, we work with thousands of customers, protecting smaller businesses from cybercrime, audits, regulations, and themselves, without making cybersecurity harder than it already is.

I kept witnessing small businesses realize that cybersecurity wasn't accessible for them. That it was too expensive, too technical, too much. We started OrbitalFire to prove it can be done.
To be the industry's most trusted and valued cybersecurity provider for small businesses through consistent delivery of effective and affordable cybersecurity services.
Six values that aren't on a poster. They're how we hire, how we operate, and how we show up for our customers every day.
Small businesses don't get easy answers. Neither do we. We do the unglamorous work, and we do it well.
When we own something, we own it. Outcomes matter more than activity, and we measure ourselves by yours.
We listen first. We meet our customers where they are, not where it's convenient for us. Cybersecurity is human work — we treat it that way.
Your team is small. Your time is real. We design every engagement to respect both.
It's underrated in our industry. We make space for it — with our customers, our partners, and each other.
We do what we say we'll do. No fine print, no shifting goalposts, no upsells dressed as advice.

The order is deliberate, and it is written down. Our Robot Acceptable Use Policy keeps automation out of work that needs judgment or experience, and holds robots to the same standards we set for people.
Nothing a robot produces reaches you without a person reviewing it, and a named human answers for what it did. Your data never goes into a public model. What reaches you is the part that matters, from one of our certified earthlings who can explain why.
Because smaller businesses don't need more noise.

You shouldn't have to guess whether your cybersecurity provider knows what they're doing. Our team holds industry-recognized certifications across security operations, risk & compliance, vulnerability management, and incident response.
We're also independently recognized for cybersecurity expertise and outcomes, trusted by a growing community of organizations, and continuously trained to stay ahead of evolving threats — because attackers don't sit still, and neither do we.
Bottom line: we don't just talk cybersecurity. We live it every day.
